HIS VOICE, YOUR VOTE
A Series for Election Season
The series will focus on how to be a “Difference Maker” in a highly-charged political climate. Join us to find out how to be political without being polarizing. We’ll learn to see others as Jesus sees them, regardless of their political posture or position. Dr. Herb Rhedrick, lead pastor of FMBC, will deliver a relevant message each Sunday from through October 30. The messages will focus on becoming faithful, informed, and influential voters and community difference-makers, regardless of one's political party, posture, or position.

CANDIDATES & COMMUNITY PRAYER VIGIL
As we navigate through this pivotal election season, we are reminded of the power of prayer, unity and community especially during this season of intense political divide. II Chronicles 7:14, reminds us that God promises to heal both sin and the issues that impact our land when we seek His face and humbly seek His face in corporate prayer.
On Wednesday, October 16, FMBC and the community will come together to pray for local candidates running for office. This event is free and open to the public - no registration required.
Are you a candidate or know of one who would be interested in attending? Candidates may RSVP HERE.
"AN EVENING WITH FRIENDS"
A CONVERSATION ON CIVIC ENGAGEMENT
Want to know how believers can best navigate the current political climate? Then join FMBC as we host “An Evening With Friends.” Our special guest will be Justin Giboney, one of the co-founders of the AND Campaign. This Christian civic organization seeks to “educate and organize Christians for civic and cultural engagement that results in better representation, more just and compassionate policies, and a healthier political culture.”
WEEKLY SMALL GROUP DISCUSSIONS
FMBC is offering two weekly small group discussions designed to help navigate the current political landscape without comprising our biblical conviction. To accomplish this, we will look into the Scriptures, not the culture, for answers to our social, economic, and moral issues such as - but not limited to: abortion, marriage, gender identity, taxes, national, and personal debt. In addition, we will look at how to communicate God’s position in a loving manner regardless of one’s political affiliation. Register for this any of our small groups, called Growth Groups, HERE.
